Fate or Destiny....

 Few months Earlier...

On a busy SUMMER days of PLs (Preparatory Leaves before the semester examination), I was in the library, trying to get the grasp of the subject. I was feeling sleepy after lunch and the boring subject which I was reading or trying to read was like a sweet song. The time was 2 o clock.  Beep! Beep!  The cell phone rang. I picked up and realised it was a sms. First thought was it must be a promotional sms from the company. I unlocked the keypad and opened the in-box it read....

"Remember the day we first met. NOT knowing each other. Not even wanting to know.. Not even a smile. THEN we started with a blank 'SMILE'. Then a 'HELLO'. Then it became 'HEY'.. And then 'ABE AE' and all. We spend seconds, hours and days together. Today just wanna tell you that you mean a lot to me..."

First time I read it and just couldn't realise what was it all about... I read it again and then  I wondered who must have sent me this SMS on these busy day. I read the sender and realised that it was sent by a very close friend. Then all the small small memories which started flowing into my mind. Our meeting was a Something worth remembering. The way we went to movies. Went for outing, had quarrels and much more. All the time that we had spent together. The way he loves to talk a lot and I just dont feel the need to talk that often. The way we bunked classes in the first year or let it be the way we tackled and prevented fine dues from college. I still remember that he took my hall ticket on his name and saved the 200 bugs (Fine dues on me for late reporting). The day we first met might make it more interesting. We first met for in the College Of Engineering, Pune Campus and then we just didn't look back.

Today I just want to say Thank you to him for all the wonderful Memories. Thank You.
